We are Brendan and Wendy Roberts from New Zealand. We have lived in Mexico with our family since 2020, and have seen God's hand at work in amazing ways.
We've established the Olas Retreat, a place for missionaries and pastors from around the world to come and be refreshed and renewed in their service for God. We have also been pioneering YWAM Cabo by building accommodation for staff and students.

With a miraculous gifting of land planned many years ago by our amazing God, we are super excited about the next step for YWAM Cabo.
We have stepped forward with faith and obedience to pioneer a YWAM base.
Calling Servant-Leaders
As we establish our team, we are looking for Jesus-loving people with skills, experience, and a heart to serve:
DTS leaders
Pastoral people, possibly trained in Member Care or debriefing
Administration heroes
Digital marketers and social media gurus
Surf ministry leaders
Homes of Hope leadership
